Ordering Information
On this page, you will receive step by step instructions on how to make a safe,
secure online order, using our E Commerce software. Please take the time to
read the information on this page. If at any time you are confused and need
to ask a question, please send us an E-Mail, we will be glad to answer your questions :-).
#1 Look for the menu bar on the top of our home page. Click on Catalog and you will be taken
to the orders page, or if you know what you already want, there is a drop down menu on the
home page. Click on the down arrow and highlight the type of item you want, then click on the
go button, and you will go straight to that page. If you are looking for a particular item, we
have some pages categorized, such as, Sea Creatures, which contains Fish, Dolphins, Seals,
etc., so if you don't see what you are looking for, it probably is under a category.
#2 Next, when you get to the Orders page, search through the two columns of green leaves
and look for the item or the category that it might be in. Click on the leaf and you will be
taken to that particular page.
#3 Now you are at the page where you can make a purchase. Scroll down and you will see
items for sale on the right side of the page. Each item is available in three different types.
To get a description of the different types, go to the orders page. Click on the back
button to return back here, when you are finished.
#4 Choose an item that you want to purchase. If you want to order more than one, change
the number in the white box, then click on the order button.
#5 You will immediately be returned back to the orders page. If you want to purchase
more topiaries, just complete steps 2 through 4 again.
#6 When you are ready to check out, just click on the Shopping Cart Icon,
at the
bottom of the page, and follow the rest of the steps, to complete your order.

You should feel totally comfortable making an online purchase. We have had no
credit card fraud issues and we use a secure server for encryption of credit card
transcations, a reputable online ordering system. However, if you prefer, you can
